The samples were 69 persons and used probability sampling from Warin Chamrab district and Meuang district. Data were collected by questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Chi-square test at the significance level of 0.05. The results have shown that most workers of cooking gas retail shops had a high level of safety knowledge (95.65 percent), a high level of safety attitude (71.01 percent), a high level of risk perception (68.12 percent), and a high level of safety behavior (85.51 percent). The study also found that education level was significantly related to safety behavior (p-value = 0.028). Nevertheless, safety knowledge, safety attitude, and risk perception had not significantly related to safety behavior. However, workers still have unsafe behavior while moving a gas cylinder by hand during work. Some retail shops have limited space, so the gas cylinders have been stacked on top of each other causing the risk of falling down. Therefore, guidelines or preventive measures should be followed during the movement and storage of LPG cylinders.</p>}, number={3}, journal={Journal of Medicine and Public Health, Ubon Ratchathani University}, author={Kokaphan, Chanyakarn and Sarangkum, Soontaree and Khamhlom, Nipaporn}, year={2022}, month={Sep.}, pages={170–180} }
