The participants were 326personnel from all departments. The instruments used in this study is the questionnaire comprise of personal information, factors related to personnel participation in developing of the quality of the hospital, open ended questions and suggestion. Data were collected from September 2019 to October 2019. The data were analyzed by computing frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation and multiple regression.</p> <p>          The research results showed that motivation, corporate culture, leader/mentor team, and communication were associated with personnel participation (r=0.724, 0.718, 0.706, 0.681, respectively) at the p=0.01 level of significance. Additionally, according to the regression analysis, there were 3 variables that can predict personnel participation, which were corporate culture, communication and motivation (R=0.650; p=0.001) with the predictability rankings as followed:   corporate culture, communication and motivation, respectively.</p> <p>          From the results, executives can utilize this as strategy to increase the participation of staffs in developing the hospital quality.
