TY - JOUR AU - ทองดี, ปวีณา AU - ณ หนองคาย, สุรชาติ AU - ศิริ, สุคนธา PY - 2015/03/13 Y2 - 2024/03/29 TI - ความสัมพันธ์และปัจจัยทำนายประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่งของรัฐในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร Relationship and Predictors of Effectiveness of patient Ward Perceived by Registered Nurses in a Governmental Hospital, Bangkok Metrop JF - วารสารวิจัยสุขภาพและการพยาบาล (วารสารวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี กรุงเทพ) JA - JBCN_Bangkok VL - 28 IS - 2 SE - บทความวิจัย DO - UR - https://he01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/bcnbangkok/article/view/32043 SP - AB - <p style="text-align: left;" align="center"><strong>บทคัดย่อ</strong><strong></strong></p><p style="text-align: left;" align="center"><strong> </strong></p><p style="text-align: left;">การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยายแบบภาคตัดขวาง เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำ และการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจด้านจิตใจ กับประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่งของรัฐในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยของโรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่งของรัฐในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ตั้งแต่ 1 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 292 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2554 - 13 ตุลาคม 2554 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอย</p><p style="text-align: left;">ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.68 ผู้นำส่วนใหญ่มีภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ร้อยละ 38.36 การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจด้านจิตใจในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.02 ภาวะผู้นำและการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจด้านจิตใจมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย (r = 0.42, 0.40 ตามลำดับ, p&lt; 0.001) ภาวะผู้นำและการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจด้านจิตใจสามารถร่วมกันทำนายประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยได้ร้อยละ 23.4(R<sup>2</sup> = 0.234, p&lt;0.001)</p><p style="text-align: left;"> </p><p style="text-align: left;" align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p style="text-align: left;" align="center"><strong>          </strong>The study was cross-sectional descriptive research with the objectives of studying the relationship between leadership style, psychological empowerment and the effectiveness of patient ward according to the perception of registered nurses inGovernmentalHospital, Bangkok Metropolitan. The studied samples were 292 registered nurses who had more than one year working experience in the hospital. Questionnaires were employed as the tool for collecting data between 30 September 2554 B.E. to 13 October 2554 B.E. Statistics to be used for data analysis were Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient and Regression analysis.</p><p style="text-align: left;">            The study found that  the overall effectiveness of patient wards was high with an average value of 3.68. Most of the leadership styles were transformational leadership (38.36%). Psychological empowerment overall was high with an average value 4.02. Leadership style and psychological empowerment had positively medium relationship with the effectiveness of patient wards (r = 0.42, 0.40 consecutively, P &lt; 0.001). The leadership and psychological empowerment could co-explain the variation in the effectiveness of patient wards at a value of 23.4% (R<sup>2</sup> = 0.234, P &lt; 0.001).</p><p style="text-align: left;">            The recommendations from the research were that there should be the promotion of knowledge among concerned personnel in the areas of: human resource’s management, risk management skill development for leaders and potentiality development for leader. There should also be a program to increase the awareness of the value of the nursing profession and competency of the personnel.</p> ER -
