ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพในการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบหาความสัมพันธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพในการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยเหล่านั้นกับความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพในการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่1-4 จำนวน 323 คนจากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน 3 แห่ง ในกรุงเทพมหานคร สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอนเครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์และแบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพในการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์6ด้านที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่านได้ค่าCVI เท่ากับ 1.00 ตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจโดยวิธีคูเดอร์-ริชาร์ดสัน20ได้ค่าเท่ากับ.81และด้านการเข้าถึงข้อมูลทักษะการสื่อสาร ทักษะการตัดสินใจ การรู้เท่าทันสื่อ และการจัดการตนเอง ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .83, .91, .85, .85 และ .82 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนาและการทดสอบไคสแควร์ผลการวิจัย:นักศึกษาพยาบาลทุกชั้นปีมีความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพในการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง81.7 (SD=14.00)และพบว่า เพศ เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม การสืบค้นข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับกัญชาทางการแพทย์ประสบการณ์ได้รับข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับกัญชาทางการแพทย์และความต้องการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์เมื่อเกิดการเจ็บป่วยในอนาคตสัมพันธ์กับความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพในการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ(p<.05)ข้อเสนอแนะ:สถาบันการศึกษาควรจัดให้มีการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพในการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์แก่นักศึกษาพยาบาลและควรบรรจุเนื้อหากัญชาทางการแพทย์ในหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตร์ซึ่งมีความจำเป็นต่อวิชาชีพ
