บทคัดย่อ
A Blood Requisition Service Management System for the Regional Blood Center VIII in Nakhonsawan Province was required, especially to enable effective communication and blood distribution between the Regional Blood Center and the various provincial hospital blood banks. This research aimed to study and develop a Blood Requisition Service Management System for the Regional Blood Center VIII in Nakhonsawan Province. This study started from collecting documents and related research. Then the interviews with the 12 staff members from Regional Blood Center was conducted. Next, the survey and interview records were analyzed to identify existing problems and the system requirements. The information system analysis and design process was an Object Oriented Development Approach based on UML. The system was implemented as a responsive web application using the Yii Framework. After that the system was implemented and tested. Staff satisfaction with the system was assessed using an End-User Computing Satisfaction questionnaire based on the Model for Measuring End-User Computing Satisfaction, with 17 users from the Regional Blood Center and hospital blood bank staff participating. The results of this evaluation showed that the users were satisfied with the system at a high level of satisfaction (Mean = 4.39, S.D. = 0.545). It showed that the system provided a solution to the existing problems, met the users’ requirements, and provided a good level of business benefit. To ensure wide coverage, portability and mobility, the system was developed to be able to run on computers, tablets and smartphones.
