Using semi structured focus group discussions among mobile health services providers both volunteer and business types. Data were analyzed using content analysis. Results: Regarding the study of the model of mobile health services for elderly patients and those with a chronic illness, two types of mobile health services were found: 1) a model based on service charge characteristics both in and out of the hospital, including free mobile health service and free-of-charge mobile health service; and a 2) model based on the process characteristics of service, including before arrived hospital until arrived hospital, during hospital and after being discharged from the hospital. Two types of mobile services are available: hospital vehicles for patient transportation and off-site medical services. The hospital provides a package of home medical services according to the treatment plan, and patients and relatives are informed of this while hospitalized. There are another type of mobile health services which not provide service by agents or hospitals, call informal service”. These type of services provide care through voluntary agreement based on the needs and satisfaction of services received by the patient or relative. The care provider will launch their services by contacting relatives directly and word of mouth among relatives that may be restrictions on uncontrolled service standards. In addition, the results revealed that there were also health services that support mobile health services such as “hotel call” services, a “Global Doctor” service where a company provides home healthcare services, especially the “Pro-Nurse, Nursing Home” which designing health services to create “line groups” for nurses to join group and refer case to provide mobile services.</p> ER -
