The study was a retrospective chart review of healthcare workers who underwent the annual screening chest radiograph from October 1, 2014 to September 30, 2019. The data was analyzed and presented by frequency and percentage. There were 73 patients during the 5-year period, and the prevalence was 0.17, 0.18, 0.13, 0.14, and 0.09 percent, respectively. 78.1% were female, while the mean age was 32.49 years. 47.9% were in the age group 20-30 years. 53.4% had normal body mass index (BMI), while 26% had low BMI. 18 patients (24.7%) had positive sputum culture. The implications of this study may lead to surveillance and policy planning, e.g., active case finding with screening chest x-ray in at-risk population.</p>}, number={3}, journal={Journal of Preventive Medicine Association of Thailand}, author={Jeejaila, Suntaree and Dumavibhat, Narongpon and Bunman, Sitthiphon and Chuaypeng, Arisara and Monklang, Wiyachatr and Kaweewongprasert, Pennapa and Luerithiphong, Sichon and Muntham, Dittapol and Boonsaen, Thirajit and Chansaengpetch, Supakorn and Virojskulchai, Tirathat}, year={2021}, month={Dec.}, pages={546–557} }
