Bipolar patients aged<br>between 18 and 60 years old completed the self-administered questionnaire including<br>a demographic questionnaire and the WHO quality of life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF) Thai<br>version. Descriptive statistics are presented as a mean, frequency, and percentage;<br>multivariate analysis between variables using logistic regression analysis was<br>performed.<br>Results : A total 60.4% of participants had fair QoL, whereas only 1.0% of participants<br>had poor QoL. The result reveals that there was a statistically significant association<br>between employment status and QoL (p=0.003). The participants who were employed<br>had better QoL than the unemployed participants.<br>Conclusions : Our finding shows a high prevalence of fair QoL in bipolar patients in<br>Songklanagarind Hospital. Moreover, employment status was associated with better<br>QoL.</p> ER -
