Data were collected through evaluating checklists, documentary review, inspection, interview and observation. Frequency and percentage were used to present the descriptive analysis. It was found that 1) organizational policies consisted of employees’ participation and awareness of organization and community on health and environment 2) The operational process consisted of Disease free, Safety, and Physical and Mental Wellbeing. 3) The outcome of the “Disease free, Safety, and Physical and Mental Wellbeing” project met enterprise operational standard. The total evaluation score achieved excellent level (more than 90%) by arranging additional activities such as 1) analyzing employees’ health situation in order to formulate health promotion and disease prevention plan 2) arranging health related projects/activities i.e weight reduction, nutrition training, communicable disease surveillance, bathroom and latrine sanitation adjustment and mental wellbeing assessment. In conclusion, participation in the “Disease free, Safety, and Physical and Mental Wellbeing” project resulted in practical process to promote employees’ health and enabling an enterprise to operate in line with the criteria of “Disease free, Safety, and Physical and Mental Wellbeing”.
