Data were analyzed and interpreted using assessment criteria with descriptive statistics and content analysis. The results found that (1) most of PCUs has been OHS practices standard (93.3%). Most of them self-assessed was passed starting level (41.6%), good level (23.1%), and very good level (22.2%), respectively. In each activities, 89.9% have surveyed occupational information, health education activities (87.3%), screening and diagnosis basic occupational diseases (86.3%), health risk screening (75.4%), disease recorded and reported (75.2%), respectively. (2) The success factors including; internal factors, such as executive support, person responsible main work, have related project plans. External factors, such as strange monitoring, online reporting system, supporting from local networks. (3) PCUs have various operational problems including OHS practices standard implementation an incorrect and incomplete in some issues, limitations on personnel, resources, and insufficient budget. Therefore, PCUs should be integrated OHS practices with routine works and co-operation with local network. While the Provincial Health Office and the Office of Disease Prevention and Control need support to upgrade the quality of OHS and development of personnel capacity building training continuously.</p> ER -
