ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพของเกษตรกร สวนส้มเขียวหวาน ในอำเภอศรีสัชนาลัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพ และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพในการทำงานของเกษตรกรสวนส้มเขียวหวาน ในอำเภอศรีสัชนาลัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยตัวแทนครัวเรือนเกษตรกรสวนส้มเขียวหวานที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรจำนวน 230 คน คัดเลือกด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ Eta และ Pearson correlation และสถิติวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครัวเรือนเกษตรกรสวนส้มเขียวหวานส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความรู้และการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับสูง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 88.70 และร้อยละ 94.35 ตามลำดับ พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพในการทำงานในระดับสูง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 91.30 เมื่อพิจารณาอำนาจการทำนายพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพในการทำงานได้แก่ รายได้ (Beta=0.195) การดื่มสุรา (Beta=0.215) ปัจจัยเอื้อ (Beta=0.209) การสูบบุหรี่ (Beta=0.133) และปัจจัยเสริม (Beta=0.134) สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพในการทำงาน ได้ร้อยละ 16.90 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ดังนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในชุมชนควรมีนโยบายส่งเสริมเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ จัดตั้งศูนย์ให้ความรู้เพื่อลดพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงในการทำงานและส่งเสริมให้บุคคลในครอบครัวเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ จะนำไปสู่การป้องกันปัญหาเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
