Mental health literacy and quality of life among patients with stroke

วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิตและคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิตและคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง
วิธีการ การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง ในกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 150 ราย ณ โรงพยาบาลสรรพสิทธิประสงค์ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ตั้งแต่เดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2562 ถึงเดือนมีนาคม พ.ศ. 2563 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปและข้อมูลทางคลินิก 2) แบบประเมินความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิต มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ครอนบาคแอลฟาเท่ากับ 0.92 และ 3) แบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตเฉพาะผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ฉบับภาษาไทย มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ครอนบาคแอลฟาเท่ากับ 0.96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียร์แมน
ผลการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีอายุเฉลี่ย 51.80 ปี ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 8.62 ปี ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 65.33 ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิตของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (mean = 3.05, SD = 0.21) ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (mean =3.06, SD = 0.66) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r=.484, p < .001)
สรุป ผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิตและคุณภาพชีวิตอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อีกทั้งความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ดังนั้น การสร้างเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิตอาจจะเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ทำให้ผู้ป่วยมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น
