Data were analyzed by using Paired t-test and comparing the mean values between the groups using Independent t-test.

Results: The results of the research showed that the mean values of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, sodium and stress in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group with significance being at a level of 0.05.

Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that this program, integrated with SKT meditation and dietary behavior change can effectively lower blood pressure, sodium and stress levels.
